We support employee training

This year, the SZÚ is participating in the Call 47 project - a subsidy programme of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (MPSV) intended for employers to support the development of education and qualification of employees.    

Supported MPSV projects may include, for example, training, courses, workshops and certified training programmes.

Our people welcome the opportunity for individual development - around 70 colleagues out of a total of around 130 employees have joined the project. They will receive not only language training, but also various technical training courses.

The Challenge 47 project lasts for 2 years, the training is exclusively full-time and is included in the employees' working hours. SZÚ is also involved in this year's MPSV programme because of its previous successful programmes.
