As an accredited testing laboratory, we are able to carry out conformity assessment of these products according to ČSN EN 1627:2022 for safety class RC 1 to 6 and according to the requirement, including the possibility of carrying out a certification procedure according to the NBU (possibility of obtaining a certificate from the National Safety Authority).

How to prepare samples:

Samples must be prepared for testing in such a way that they cover the entire dimensional range of products. Each sample must be produced/supplied in two pieces of the same dimensions.
The tests carried out on the sample product are valid for other products of the same type range, relating to the dimensions of the sample within the following tolerances: Height (+20 %-50 %), Width (+20 %-50 %)

What to submit next:

Complete technical documentation. This documentation must cover all types of products that will be listed on the certificate (the exact specification of the documentation required is given in EN 1627:2022). If you do not have access to the standard, we will be happy to send you a list of what we need.

NSA Certificate:

Based on our deliverables it is possible to apply for an NBU certificate, this should be mentioned at the beginning of the certification process.
In this case it is necessary to audit the production management system at the production site. This audit of the production management system is then repeated every year for the duration of the certificate.

Protocol with photo documentation and evaluation and certificate.
