Business Mission to South Korea and Taiwan

A Czech delegation led by Mrs. Markéta Pekarová Adamová, the Speaker of the Chamber of Deputies of the Czech Parliament, recently visited South Korea and Taiwan to explore business opportunities and deepen relationships between the nations. The delegation, consisting of over 100 representatives from Czech companies, municipalities, and educational institutions, was one of the largest to visit these countries in the past five years.

Project "social car" 2023

As in previous years, the SZU contributed to the "Social Car" charity project in 2023. Thanks to our contribution, a Dacia Lodgy car was purchased and handed over to the director of the Children's Centre Liberec on 13 March.

The EU is preparing a new machinery directive

The EU Council and the European Parliament are preparing a new Machinery Directive. This will soon replace the existing Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), which aims to improve the level of safety of machinery for users and workers in Europe.
