Cooperation on the "Social Car" project

The Engineering Test Institute, s.p. has supported the "SOCIAL CAR" project for the ninth time. The project is based on the strong idea of supporting Czech institutions and facilities focused on the upbringing, education, rehabilitation, and integration of people with physical, mental, or other disabilities.    

The main activity is the purchase of a vehicle to reinforce the fleet at the given facilities. In 2025, this project supported the Children's Home in Frýdlant. The facility provides institutional care to children aged 3 to 18, or to dependent children up to the age of 26, based on a court decision to place the child there for various reasons.

Cars are essential here for operations, shopping, transporting children to school facilities, doctors, specialized workplaces, etc. The ceremonial handover of the vehicle to the director of the Home took place on August 11, 2025, in the presence of donors and future users of the vehicle, who were delighted with the new social car.
