Our accredited testing laboratory has the necessary equipment to perform climate and corrosion tests. In addition to the procedures listed below, we can also help you with other specific cases. Climatic tests

Climatic tests (chill, dry and moist heat, temperature changes, moisture) as per EN 60068-2-x) and more.

Chambers:

Volume of test space: 750 dm³ 

Temperature and climatic parameters:

• Maximum temperature: + 180°C
• Minimum temperature: - 85°C
• Humidity range: 0% RH ÷ 100% RH
• Humidity control: from 10°C

What is assessed:

• appearance and changes in surface finishes on products during and after testing
• corrosion resistance of painted/unpainted materials
• weather resistance of products
• during and after testing, we take photographs (according to customer requirements)

Standards:

• ČSN EN ISO 9227:2017 Corrosion tests in artificial atmospheres. Salt spray tests.
• relevant regulations according to customer requirements
