SZU mark
If you have a product certified, assessed, or tested by SZÚ, you can use one of our SZÚ marks on both the product and in the documentation.
Thanks to this mark, your customers, clients and various organizations will see at first glance, that your product meets all criteria of the relevant legislation or that the declared parameters have been verified by an independent third party and their veracity is guaranteed.
The SZÚ mark thus becomes a strong marketing tool.
Types of SZU marks
CERTIFIED
- SZÚ has carried out a product type examination
- The basis for granting the right to use the mark is a certificate issued by SZÚ
- Certification focused on product safety
CONFORMITY TO A STANDARD
- SZÚ has carried out a product type examination
- The basis for granting the right to use the mark is a report on the evaluation of requirements of the standard or a certificate issued by SZÚ
- All relevant requirements of the standard/ or technical regulation have been verified
VERIFIED
- SZÚ has carried out a product type examination
- The basis for granting the right to use the mark is a certificate issued by SZÚ
- It is possible to complement the mark with additional information
Rules of application
- The mark is a property of SZÚ
- The mark is not transferable to any other person
- The mark is not a third party conformity mark in the sense of ČSN ISO / IEC 17030 nor does it meet the requirements of the ČSN EN ISO / IEC 17065 standard
- The mark can be awarded only on the basis of the documents issued by SZÚ
- Graphical presentation of the mark may not be tampered with in any way
- Random checks of the proper application of the mark may be conducted
- Period of validity:
- Same as the validity period of the SZÚ document
- 3 years, unless specified otherwise in the pertinent document
- registration fee of 50 €
